Achieving CEO excellence means mastery of the six key elements of the role – setting the strategy, aligning the organization, leading the top team, working with the board, being the face of the company, and managing one’s own time and energy.

   LEADERSHIP

  • Building a strong executive presence to master stakeholder relationships.
  • Advancing leadership and management skills to support the executive team in implementing the organization’s strategy. 
  • Deepening self-awareness and practicing conscious leadership to foster creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Increasing productivity and efficiency (time, focus, organization, etc.) while maintaining the balance between work and life.
  • Strengthening psychological resilience and emotional intelligence to relieve stress, cope with crisis, and bounce back from adversity.

   STRATEGY

  • Redefining and effectively communicating an inspiring long-term vision and purpose that align the organization.
  • Discovering core values that influence decision making and shape the company’s culture.
  • Analyzing  Strengths, Weaknesses, and Trends to keep the strategy relevant and fresh. 
  • Identifying KPIs for maintaining the balance between people (employees, customers, shareholders) and processes (make/buy, sell, record keeping). 
  • Establishing 3 year objectives and setting annual and quarterly OKRs (objectives and key results) that need to be accomplished to move the company forward.

   EXECUTION

  • Redesigning the organizational structure with clearly defined responsibilities and measurable outcomes for each department and role. 
  • Setting quarterly OKRs and weekly action steps for each team and individual while providing continuous feedback to drive performance.
  • Establishing a consistent communication rhythm to create transparency and move information quickly through the organization.
  • Standardizing and documenting core processes to keep the business and team organized and aligned. 
  • Tracking and managing cascading priorities and KPIs and displaying current progress via Scoreboards.

   PEOPLE

  • Strengthening the executive team with members understanding each other‘s differences and styles.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and keeping A-players who support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Fostering an environment of accountability and enhancing team productivity.
  • Building strong and functional teams of self-starters with a culture that inspires entrepreneurial thinking, creative problem solving, and continuous learning.
