I’m a coach and advisor to CEOs of growth stage tech companies. They partner with me to become more effective leaders and build healthy organizations while navigating the challenges of scale. Understanding the responsibilities that come with serving a company and its people, my mission is to support CEOs at Series B and beyond on their growth journey.

My clients include companies backed by leading investors, including SoftBank, Balderton, First Round Capital, Primary Venture Partners, Felix Capital, Octopus Ventures, Inflexion, Maven, and more. I’m a coach and judge to Tech Nation Future Fifty and Upscale, Octopus Ventures, Founders forum, Techstars, Intel Ignite, Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs, PwC Fintech, and the Mayor of London Mentoring Program as well as an advisory board member of various startups.

Additionally, I’m the founder of PERA, a boutique network for growth-and late stage tech CEOs with over 120 members in London. We curate intimate dinner experiences, make meaningful introductions to strategic partners and investors and offer a community to scale alongside other CEOs post series B.

I hold an Executive mini MBA from the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF). I’m PCC accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and certified in the leadership methodologies of iPEC, the highest-rated coaching school in the US. I am also certified with Workboard™ OKRs and the Gazelle’s Scaling Up™ framework, a series of one-page tools which more than 70,000 firms globally have used to successfully scale – many to $10 million, $100 million, $1 billion and beyond. I have completed the Financial Times Board Director Program and the Nedx Board Alliance Program as well as the Imperial College Private Equity Program.
